We don't want to be your Electrician, Plumber, Bank, or Hair-Stylist. We are professionals at what we do and focus on being the best at one thing instead of offering you every service we can think of and being a master of none... We do HVAC and Refrigeration, and we do it well.
We have Low Overhead!
We have low overhead, which translates to - we can charge less. We do this in 2 key ways:
1. Everyone who works here is productive. We hire (1) part time bookkeeper. Everyone else that we employ is a technician or installer. We are our own secretary. We employ Zero salesman.
2. We have been in business since 1968. This means we are not charging more to the customer to pay for business loans, an office, a warehouse, vehicles, and equipment. We are well established and can charge a fair price and still feed our families.
wE do not offer service contracts!
Service contracts are a Gimmick. They are a sales tactic to allow companies to come into your home once or twice per year in order to find a reason to sell you parts, service, and often a new system that you DO NOT need. We come when you call us, be it for maintenance or repair and repair what can be repaired and give you options to replace what is dead. We want to fix it; and we don't want to sell what you don't want or need.
We Do not offer Coupons!
We don't play that game. We do not offer 20% off of an undisclosed (made up) number in order to sell you something you do not need... There are no general fixed prices when it comes to HVAC and Refrigeration. A coupon or discount is make-believe when it is a % off of a made-up price! Don't fall for the sales tricks, call someone who will give you a fair price for quality work without implementing the "used car salesman" sales tactics... Call us.
We have real Experience!
Our technicians have a combined 114 years of experience in HVAC with an average of 30 years. This, by the way, is with only 4 technicians. Two old dogs that know everything, one second generation that worked through high school and college, and our freshest one has 8 years under his belt. There is not much we haven't seen or can't repair. Some of us do not even still have to work anymore if we don't want to. We are here because we like what we do and we care. We want to fix what is broken and help the people we can.
We are Small!
And we like it. We are a close group of hard-working guys. We don't want to grow into a massive company that has to hire unproductive people to keep other employees from being unproductive. That seems counterproductive. We want to stay productive. To ensure productivity. We want to produce the highest productiveness possible. For Production.
But seriously, we are able to charge less and do a better job while we are small enough to trust, work with, and count on each other. You can't do that with too many employees.
